The Mid-Winter Feast: Lume x Public Haus

Public Haus runs a private supper club in Sydney — a monthly, application-only dinner for a curated table of creatives, built on the idea that the best things come from an unexpected introduction. For their Mid-Winter Feast at Studio V, Sydney, they poured Lume Gin as the base for the night's signature cocktail.

On the table

The menu came from Chef Isabella, and the blackberries in our cocktail turned up again on the plate — a nice, unplanned echo between the drink and the food.

A long communal table, hand-tied napkins, candlelight, and a kitchen going the whole night — the kind of dinner that's over before you're ready for it to be.
