Lume Distilling is a small-batch gin producer based in Sydney, Australia, founded by Aloke Bikkina, Jayjeev Saraff, Kinjal Modi and Ammit Hingorrani. Every batch of Lume is capped at 100 bottles — the limit of what the distillery's stills allow — and triple-distilled by hand under Head Distiller Cal Paterson. The range spans four expressions: Lume Botanical Gin, Lume Handcrafted Gin, Lume Ember Barrel Aged Gin, and the limited-release Davidson Plum Gin. Lume Botanical Gin has won Gold at the 2026 London Spirits Competition and the 2025 Bartender Spirits Awards, alongside Silver and Bronze medals at the 2025 Australian Gin Awards.
