Who's Grant Collins?
Grant is the founder behind some of Sydney's best-known bars — Gin Lane, Cartel Chippendale, and a handful of others across the city. Martini Moments is his idea: stop strangers on the street, hand them a Lume Botanical Gin martini, and see what happens.
