Official Fever-Tree G&T Week Partner
Fever-Tree G&T Week ran 18–24 May across Australia, and Lume Gin was paired with two very different Sydney venues for it — Gin Lane in the CBD, and Nomu Bar in Chippendale. Two gins, two tonics, two entirely different rooms.

Botanical Gin & Mediterranean Tonic
Gin Lane poured Lume Botanical Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic for the week — the same pairing that went on to win Silver at the 2026 Fever-Tree G&T Cup. Grant Collins, who fronts our Martini Moments series, runs Gin Lane, so this was a natural extension of an already strong relationship.
Nomu Bar, Chippendale
Davidson Plum Gin & Premium Indian Tonic
Over in Chippendale, Nomu Bar took a different route — pairing our Davidson Plum Gin with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic, leaning into the gin's tart, deep-red character against a cleaner, drier tonic.

Where the week began
G&T Week opened with a night covering both the week itself and the inaugural G&T Cup — the same competition Lume took Silver in. Good company, good pours, and a proper send-off for the week ahead.
